I chose Option B (graded paper) and am having trouble uploading the pdf of my graded paper. It’s about 7 pages long and 2 mb. The CA upload button says “the File size must be 500 KB or less.” How do I get my pdf to be under 500 KB?
I had the exact same problem when I uploaded my paper for ED. Mine went up to close to 1.5 mb. Did you include pictures/scans of your paper? What I had to do was re-scan my documents at a lower resolution in order to make them a smaller file size. Try to make all of your pictures lower than 60mb so that they can all fit inside of the document.
My daughter had the same problem 2 years ago and emailed Admissions and they had her email the essay as an attachment.
Some email hosts limit attachment size, so check to be sure they got it.
