Hi, everyone! I know it's probably too late to be talking about sending transcripts, but I just recently (yesterday) called UCF and asked why I hadn't received an admission decision yet. I was told that it was because I hadn't sent them a transcript as proof that I was taking a course in virtual school and that they would only be able to move forward with that. I only sent them my high school transcript and assumed that it showed that I was taking the course in virtual school. Anyways, I sent the transcript through parchment.com despite being told that I should send it physically. Because through parchment, it would be an official document. I called today and asked if sending it through parchment.com was acceptable and the woman over the phone said no and that they don't take that. However, I read the FAQs on the UCF website just to be sure and it said: "UCF receives electronic transcripts through Parchment Exchange (including Naviance and Docufide) or SPEEDE." So now I'm confused. What should I do?

Are you sure parchment doesn’t have a mailing service or anything?
