<p>My son got his 1st choice Housing assignment: Pardee Business Floor (7th). Would a current student let us know if this floor is single gender like the rest of Pardee, or co-ed? We couldn’t find any info on this online.</p>

<p>my son was on the 8th floor ,overlooking the plaza ,not the parking area, and was fine with a fan in the window.</p>
