SO, I want to be a PharmD. I applied to many 0-6 PharmD programs. And I've started hearing back. Well I've heard back from three schools so far.

MCPHS- with 12k a year
USP-with 9k a year
and Northeastern- with 10k for 4 of 6 years

This will make NU the most expensive. I'm not considering MCPHS because it is the lowest ranked, but more because I really just don't like the school. USP is ranked higher than NU (USP is 31st on US News and NU is 46th). NU is also going to end up 35k more expensive total after 6 years.

However, NU is my top choice school. I love the campus. I love the people. Students who go to USP say they hate the college experience (aka there is no social life). I went on the NU tour twice just cause I love it soooo much. I really really want to go. But my parents only look at ranking and tuition, which I understand. BUT, I really want to enjoy college too, and I have NO desire to go to USP. We've been having a lot of arguments around the house, and I have no idea how I can convince them that Nu is meant for me, and that I do not, under any circumstances, want to spend the next 6 years in philadelphia (I live near boston and don't want to go far) at a school I will hate.

I just wanted to get my issue out there for advice, or even if you just want to tell me I'm stupid and that ranking and cost mean everything (my parents are doing that too so, who knows, maybe they are right.) Alright, thanks =)
