<p>Are you talking about FAFSA? FAFSA requires 2 PINs. 1 from the student and 1 from a parent (assuming you are a dependent student). You can fill it out and sign it with you PIN. Then your parents sign it with their PIN. Or if you are considered independent by FAFSA you just sign it with your PIN.</p>
