Parents live in different states.

My mom lives in new jersey and my dad lives in Florida but I live and went to highschool in new jersey. Can I still get instate tuition to Florida schools?

Ask your dad to investigate this for you. All of the information about in-state residency requirements should be right on the websites of each of the public colleges and universities in Florida.

I’d say you can find that information yourself. Just google what constitutes a resident for Florida. It will be very straight forward. You probably have to spend one day more than half the year there but that is a guess.

Keep in mind that the rules may vary by schools (at least in some states), so your dad (or you) need to check each of the schools you may be interested in.
