Keep the news coming!
Finally checking in after missing most of the last two weeks. Congrats to everyone who is starting to get acceptances!
S21 apparently heard from Clemson earlier this week - I had to hear about it from our GC. When I tried to congratulate him, he rolled his eyes and said, “It’s just Clemson.” He is instate and has good stats, so I guess he just assumed…
Still has to finish his Honors app there, plus 3 more apps due end of December.
Congrats to your son, @JESmom. My daughter got in last night as well to UD with about as much excitement as your son. It’s our instate safety school, but it’s still nice to know she has a place to go! Hopefully we will hear about the honors college soon!
@homerdog the counselor said she submitted the transcript with Q1 (we are on a 3x4 block with covid) . She said in the portal it shows they downloaded it. She resent the info and explained our 3x4 block to them. Hopefully, that worked.
@BmacNJ
D had her last soccer game. Her team went undefeated this season and were league champions. Bittersweet for sure. She has played with most of the 9 seniors since they were 5 years old – lots of tears on and off the field!
Hoping the forums are not down for too long, but if it’s weeks rather than days, best wishes to all who are waiting on early decisions. Looking forward to hearing all the news!
They have updated the thread to say forums should only be down for a day. Didn’t mean to get all hysterical.
@Solstice155 I mean it is the year of Covid, so I was about to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving just in case
I now have a Starbucks Barista, the coffee lover kid is in heaven.
Looks like CC is back! Hope everyone had a nice (and healthy!) Thanksgiving!
