b/c i wasn’t thinking at the time. i thought that i had to get my portfolio reviewed by pratt since i was planning to apply there. but then i realized that there was no one in line for MICA or Otis…ultimately, i did get to see my 3 top schools.

chanel

I was at the bus stop that had giant poster of Audrey whathername and thinking, why didn’t I think that for username.

bears and whatever, why do you keep writing without using articles??

omigod, i was watching audrey hepburn movie and thinking exact same thing- why didn’t i think that for username???!!

But you did! (sort of) That’s what I meant. Either Audrey is nice enough.
I have some form of username dyslexia and did not see that your name was chanel no5, until someone pointed out, what I thought I read was “caranelo 5” (like the candy with caramel inside? named caramelo? camelo? )
Articles, what articles? means to look up before I write? can’t do my ancient mac crashes when I open two windows at the same time.

Ok, I could research ahead, write draft, save, copy, paste so I will know it is Nan Goldin, Ell -two “L” s worth Kelly, Claes Oldenburg, not “e” rg, Jeff is Koons
and beautiful Audrey Tautou.

All right, I looked up. It is caramello, here is the article.

what a nutcase.

hey thanks!

“Art students need to face reality that their future near and far will require them to at least sometimes produce to others’ requirements/preferences…YOU will make art for teachers, make art for employers, make art for clients…”

that is called design. if you’re making art for the reps then you’re making art for the wrong reasons

valter kid, you are saying you aren’t in?

and for defense of fammom, she isn’t worried if you’d get in Cooper or not.
She is worried about what happens after you get out of Cooper with no life or employable kills unless they are the one like any mom would do.
She is this normal, one of those smart person enough to think straight. It has it’s own flaws, though, her kid might be the one and she won’t know for sure.

like you said, it is not THE goal, so don’t take it hard if it doesn’t work out. I find nowadays begging to Peter Cooper in the park.
If he had enough fund and the real-estate like he did in his time, he’d accepted everyone who came to his door, then again it won’t be competitive to get in and not selective at all.
Would you still have come apply?
The almost public housing named after him is no longer affordable and in financial limbo because of greedy developers and banks.
I hope his school stays for what it stands for.
