Paris School of Mines: 2011 World University Rankings

Here is a different ranking that you don't see much of: It is based on the number of CEOs who head mostly Fortune 500 companies in the world. There are 700 international universities taken out of some 5,000 surveyed...so a much bigger pool than USN&WRs. I only took most of the US schools and 2 UK schools.

I am very pleased to see where Fordham placed.

1- Harvard
5- Oxford
12- Columbia
13- Stanford
14- MIT
19- Northwestern
21- Chicago
15- Cornell
29- Berkley
30- Cambridge
35- Yale
38- Georgia Tech, Notre Dame
59- Dartmouth
63- FORDHAM, Johns Hopkins, Duke,
82- Princeton
92- Brown, U-Miami, USN academy,
229- Boston College, Boston University, NYU, Rutgers, Michigan, Vanderbuilt,
West Point, USAF academy
349- Emory, Georgetown

Oops! someone informed me I missed 4 Catholic schools from the list: Xavier was #211 and at 228, San Francisco, Santa Clara and Dayton.

My bad…Mea culpa.

Hey, at least it adds 3 other Jesuit schools to this esteemed group.
