Parking in residential areas question

hey guys quick question about parking.
I was thinking about parking in one of the areas where a shuttle comes by:

Regents/ Nobel
Regents/ Arriba
Palmilla/ Lebon

Nobel/ Lebon
Nobel/ La Jolla Village Square

but had a couple of questions beforehand:
1. How hard is it to get parking in these areas?
2. Which area is the best, per se? Like Not as many cars parked, etc.
3. Are there street cleaning days where you can park
3a. Are there days and times where you cant park?
4. Is the area safe?

that's all for now. if i can think up more questions i will definitely post :P

All the areas are safe, however I would caution against parking in the shopping areas at La Jolla Village Square because I hear they tow. I usually found parking somewhere on Regents Road, which is convenient because there’s no time limit and it allows you to get on the shuttle at the first stop (at certain times, there are literally so many people in line for the shuttle, if you’re at the 2nd or 3rd stop you may have to wait for 3 shuttles to go by to get on one that has room). Anyway, just experiment with different areas and see which you like best.
