i just wanted to know if any current students know which dorms have better parking conditions, especially during football season. i have my own car, and dont mind walking to classes, but i dont want to have to park in crazy places because the lots around my dorm are full... from the map, it looks like the murphee area and tolbert area are the closest to the stadium. thanks

There are huge parking issues at UF, especially during football games. Are you going in as a freshman? Parking is decided by how many UF credits you have.

Here you can read about parking.

im entering as a junior transfer. is the upperclassmen dorm parking more accessible? the only dorms ive really ruled out are the ones without a/c and the lakeside ones.

Generally, the only lots that perpetually have spots are the lot between hume and graham, and the garage behind hume. Sometimes you can get lucky, but otherwise, those are the best for parking, with a RED 3 decal.
