<p>has anyone ever got a parking ticket on campus? if so, does the TAPS office on campus accept cash?</p>

<p>I got one parking ticket… I think it was $30. (I tried to use as expired daily permit as a valid one… strategically placed so it was hard to read the date)
I believe I mailed them a check in the envelope provided with the ticket. I think you can pay it off in the TAPS office too, they’d probably accept cash.
Don’t know about the DMV record though, I doubt it because it’s not the police department giving you the ticket.. it’s TAPS which is just university operated.</p>
<p>Nope I got a ticket for mistakenly parking in the staff lot once here at UCD. I mailed in my payment, and nothing went on my DMV record.</p>
<p>I don’t think anything can go on your DMV record until you’ve missed the deadline multiple times. At least that’s how it’s worked when I got a ticket somewhere else…</p>
