<p>There is a special housing permit you have to get, and they’ll bill you. I think the housing permit runs out pretty quickly.</p>
<p>Night is only for after 4pm.
Gold/Gold Annual is basically the only permit you can get if you’re an undergrad commuter. There are only two lots you can park in BEFORE 4pm; after it’s valid in Blue/Red lots.
Blue permits are given to faculty/staff/graduate students.</p>

<p>You don’t get blue or gold. You get a special parking permit for residence hall only. I think you would need a Lot 21 parking permit for Pentland. You can ask the RSO or go to Parking Services and tell them you live at Pentland Hills and need a annual parking permit. It takes like 5 minutes.</p>
