Parking permits for city lots?

<p>Does anybody know how I would go about buying a permit in the forest street parking structure? Or maybe the maynard one? (Or any of the ones right near central campus?) I have been made aware it's $130 a month but I can't figure out how to actually buy it. </p>

<p>I know these are not the student lots but that is not what I am looking for.</p>
