<p>no. but, i do have advice for you. many apartment dwellers don't use their parking spots. you should look on the marketplace on Welcome</a> to Facebook! | Facebook for available parking places in the event lying on your parking permit app doesn't work...</p>
<p>no. everyone who lives in the dorms who applies for a parking permit must pick it up in person in front of sunset village with proof of employment. the only way around this is to be a regents scholar or whatever guarantees parking</p>
<p>there is no legit way to get it without a job or commuting. that said, forget about parking and learn to walk. it'll teach you good discipline and time management. that, and i want you to feel my pain</p>
<p>why do you really need parking for? you can't drive to classes or anything... paying 300 dollars a quarter to drive home maybe 5 times a quarter?</p>
<p>more importantly do you really want to pay the gas prices nowadays on top of tuition costs?</p>
