Parking priority

<p>I have a question about the parking priority system. My son received an email this week that his parking registration time is for:</p>

<p>07/9/13 4:00 PM
Students with priority registration and Distance Learning students with greater than or equal to 40 earned hours</p>

<p>He has 61 hours, all earned through AP and on-campus classes. Honors. So why isn’t his registration with the group that has earned greater than or equal to 60 hours?</p>

Registration for student parking permits begins on July 8th, 2013. Registration priority codes are assigned on the basis of earned hours, not including course work for the Spring 2013 semester.
