parking question

Hey guys,

Just a quick parking question for those of you who might know the answer. I picked up my permit yesterday, and I think I was assigned to lot 4, although the permit itself says '4ST' in small letters overlayed on a large 'F'. Am I allowed to park anywhere in lot 4 or does the F designate a more specific area I have to park in? The whole thing has me kind of confused and I just want to clarify before we move in so that I don't end up with a citation.

Thanks

You can park anywhere in structure 4 - I'd be willing to be the F just stands for "Fall" (quarter).

what year are you? did you have circumstances that "needed" a parking permit, or were you just a lucky duck? :p

im an entering freshmen, i have lots of circumstances that warrented the parking, although, of course, everything comes with a bit of luck ;)

i'll be needing a description of your car, the license plate number, and a copy of your car key. :D ;)

hahaha, perhaps for a nominal fee we can work something out :D

Oy, you got the parking I want. cries over having to pay $8/day

I don't want to be... a bad influence, but I know people who didn't buy permits and just paid tickets on the off chance they got one. It usually either helps you save money or you break even.

Not that you heard it from me...

Oh, I could not be lucky enough. I once parked my car in the blue spaces (I had just started driving at UCLA and was sadly oblivious). I parked my car in the lot on Sunday night, when I came back to get a book out of my car on Weds, I discovered THREE tickets stacked on my poor car-- all from like 7:29 AM on each day and were given by the same person. Blehhh!!!!

Just consider taking the bus... :p

Oh dear.... =P

No, I will make the best out of my parking saga. goes off to start a new emo trend about... parking in LA =P
