Unfortunately I didn’t have access to internet when parking opened, and I got stuck with a parking permit for towers when I live in RCA. So, I have a few questions.
Can I switch to a permit for RCA area? Is it hard to get in? When do they usually post lot counts? Do I have to bring them my old pass when I switch, or do they just change it online?
Any help is super appreciated!
