<p>This has probably been addressed but…How do the students get their parking permits. I’ve gone to the bamaparking web site and I’m still not sure. I think I’ve been overwhelmed with what I’ve paid for and what I haven’t!!! The web site talks about registering on line but I can’t find a link to do so. Also, will we have the permit before we move in this weekend for early move in? I think someone had mentioned in a past post that parking permits for OA and AA would be mailed to you. If so, I haven’t received as of yet. Has anyone else received a permit? Where do the parents park during move in? I realize we pull up and unload, but then where while we get the room in order? Sorry for all the questions. We only have a few days before we hit the road south!!! ROLL TIDE!</p>

<p>I called Friday because we haven’t received anything re: AA or housing move-in, etc…</p>
<p>I spoke to a nice young lady in housing named Haley. She said they were mailing things out “today” (that being last Friday.) I told her that didn’t give it enough time to reach us since we are leaving at 3:30am on Friday…and our mail service is SLOW. So, she is holding my son’s packet and we will have to pick it up next Saturday.</p>
<p>I think we’ve chosen to operate with the bare necessities and I still feel a bit of entropy occurring here!</p>
<p>I’m not sure about the parking for AA OA or move in, but D did receive her permit for regular parking in the mail. We registered through the link in mybama. The charge showed up on her student bill, so that would be a place to check to see if you have registered. Suddenly this is all a bit overwhelming!</p>
<p>Posted this on the other thread - but Haley said they are sending them out today (Monday). Didn’t even think to ask it to be held for us, read Student’s post just after the call. Hope it gets here by Friday a.m.
I guess if not I can call Friday and they’ll be ale to rig something up for DS on Sat.</p>
<p>Guess I spoke too soon! DS’s “move in” parking permit came in the mail today. Still not sure of the permanent one!!! I can’t find a link on his mybama account to buy one. Hopefully, that means I already have…yes overwhelmed…</p>
