<p>I'm bringing my car to school on thursday and parking it for one night because I need to drive somewhere friday...can I get an overnight pass from the machines in the parking lots? How much do they cost? Are there usually empty spaces in the lots at night?</p>
<p>You would get a day pass ($8). It's basically good until 7am the next morning. But you have to make sure to either get a new pass or move your car by 7 or you'll be ticketed. </p>
<p>They don't patrol from 9pm-7am. </p>
<p>And yes. Tons of empty spaces (probably less in SV and 11, but definitely tons in 7 and 4 and 6).</p>
<p>Alright, thanks- 7 AM? What a pain it is to wake up by 7. Maybe I can leave a note with candy taped to it saying "two more hours, pretty please?" Do you know what kind of candy parking enforcement likes?</p>
