<p>you can choose either fall only or year round. obviously unless you’re graduating year round is the way to go. if you choose quarterly, you have to reapply each quarter and there’s no guarantee.</p>

<p>no. i never did the dorms. </p>
<p>and no. i dont think any of it is refundable if you change your mind.</p>
