<p>Is there any parking available for freshmen who live in residence halls? It's not like I would need a car during the week, but transportation when I go off campus would be nice.</p>
<p>I believe that freshmen aren't allowed to have a car unless they have a good reason and get it cleared through some branch of the university.</p>

I think you can rent a private place fairly easily if you make an effort. As long
as you don't require a university sticker you can have your car.</p>
