I have been accepted to Parsons (direct-entry Design & Technology, with intentions on majoring in Communication Design) & SCAD (which I would like to double major or major/minor in Graphic Design/Advertising).

I get mixed opinions about both schools but I'm still not sure which one to choose.

Parsons has been my dream school for THE LONGEST time, but I have lived in New York City my whole life and now that I'm older, I really want to leave. However, I figured if I'm living on my own (I plan on moving out even if I stay in the city... it's that serious) I won't feel as anxious to leave New York as I do now... It's probably more of a want to just get out of my parent's house, haha.

I like SCAD because it has that campus life that every high school senior looks forward to, something that I would totally miss out on in Parsons.

I like both schools for different reasons, but at the end of the day, it's about who will give me the better education, and more opportunities.

So... what are your opinions? Please help!! :)

(*BY THE WAY I'M STILL WAITING ON THE FINANCIAL AID PACKAGE FROM SCAD. I ALREADY GOT ONE FROM PARSONS & ... EHHH... I KNEW PARSONS WOULD BE EXPENSIVE REGARDLESS...)
