Part 1 and Fee Waiver

<p>Hello, I'm planning on applying to USC as one of my schools (not my top choice). I'm applying to WUSTL early decision, but I still want to complete part 1 for USC to show interest, because USC is around my 2nd top choice. </p>

<p>I'm going to use fee waivers to apply to all of my schools, and I'm wondering how this works with Part I of the USC application. I know that you save $15 if you do Part I, but I'm using a fee waiver for part 2 so that's useless. Is there a way to waive the fee for part I?</p>

<p>i would call the admissions ppl for usc. their number is on college boards website (at a glance) and they’re pretty good about answering within 2 mins. monday through friday.</p>
