Part 1 of the Application

<p>Hi, I submitted part 1 of the application today. The website says that the deadline for part 1 was on Oct. 15. I didn't know and I submitted and paid the $10 for it today. Does that mean that I won't be charged?</p>

<p>It probably means you’re still going to pay, but it’s going to be turned in as late.</p>

<p>It isn’t late, and you will be charged.</p>

<p>USC experienced system problems on the 15th, so they extended the Part 1 deadline to October 18th. <p>So your Part 1 application is on time and you will only be charged $40 for Part 2. Those who did not submit Part 1 will be charged $65.</p>
