<p>As i am using the fee waiver, I need to submit the part 1 on paper version...But i want ot submit the part 2 online ( as it is much easier)</p>

<p>The website says that if you send in your Part 1 early enough, they can get back to you with a username for their online application and from there you can fill out part 2. I don't think it matters if they receive your part 1 by paper or electronically. Although, if you're in Nepal, you might not get Their application process is so strange!!</p>
<p>Yep, you have to mail in part 2. YOu can only submit part 1 online</p>

<p>yeah and actually they email you your Georgetown ID number, so you can use that for the online part. I didn't realize I had received that information already.</p>
