Part-Time Job and an Internship at the same time?

I scored a pretty good internship for the summer but like most, it's unpaid. I really need to make some extra cash during the summer, but I'm not sure if I'll have the time to do a part-time job and the internship at the same time. However the internship is only 3 times a week and the company is fairly flexible with scheduling the days I work.
But does anyone have any suggestions on the kind job I could get working part-time that might be flexible around this? I'm obviously very commited to the internship, but a paying job on the side would be nice. I'm just not sure if I'd have enough time for both and even if I would, if it would be the wise thing to do.

Fast food, waitressing, and Wal-mart type jobs usually cater to school schedules and therefore internships. I also worked at a nursing home (third shift) with great success. Balancing two jobs (which is essentially what you are doing) isn’t easy! Good luck!

Yeah, if it’s only three days a week you can fit in another part-time job. You’ll have to work nights and weekends most likely, unless you can get it to be the same three days each week. Some other possibilities are landscaping (I’ve seen a few postings on my school’s job board for weekend help), babysitting (many postings, hours and commitment very widely), janitor.

Most internships are unpaid? Really? Damn… go engineering haha

I’m in the same spot as you. My campus job was more than willing to work around my schedule.

Yes,

of course youll have time. I juggled university full-time, work part-time, and internship part-time while commuting 4hrs a day. You can do it.
