<p>I'm attending UAlbany in the fall as a member of their Honor's College. I didn't get any work study award, which definitely disappointed me - I was looking forward to a way to earn some extra money while I was in school, without going off campus! Are there usually extra jobs available on campuses? How long should I wait to start looking for a job off-campus?</p>
<p>if u live near UAlbany, maybe you should check out on campus jobs this summer, and see what you can get finalized already for the fall. usually there aren't too many good on campus jobs left over after work study people have snatched them up, so you'll most likely have to go off campus.</p>
<p>It looks like UAlbany has the same system that my school uses where there are work study-only jobs and non-work study jobs. There are plenty of non-work study on-campus job on my campus, esp. if you look between semesters.
