<p>Hi .. I am a grade 11 student in Alberta canada . I aim to be a dentist and get admission in a good dental college .. and currently I'm planning to do the partial Ib diploma in my high school .. I have chosen bio (HL) , English (Hl) , Chem (SL) , physics and math pre calculus .. are these courses enough ? Do I need to reduce or add some subjects ? Also will it affect il if I study english at the regular level ?
I would love to go to the university of British Columbia or university of alberta .Please give me Any suggestion for the requirements of these universities ?
The only reason I didn't opt for full ib is that social science ( history) is something I won't require in my future and I'm very bad at it too .. Also the schedule is very hectic . I love to take part in sports and I'm also completing the CAS .
Please give me any advice for my future and the most important subjects for dentistry .

<p>In the US, for instance, the HL course is to be preferred to the SL, no matter the subject. I don’t know about Canadian colleges.</p>
