What do I do if I'm partial IGETC certified when I'm not?

Let me explain. I guess my community college didn't receive my high school transcript or something and didn't think I completed the foreign language portion of my IGETC. I completed everything else, but I got a copy back of how I'm partially certified. I took four years of Spanish. I'm certified, technically. I even have my junior unofficial transcript saying I completed two years of spanish with A's. How on earth do I fix this problem? I'm transferring to UCLA, and I don't want my application to be rescinded!

I’m in a similar situation, except the class I’m missing was a class I’m using from another university for equivalence. I’m not sure yet if my CC made a mistake certifying me, or if I’m screwed and going to lose admission. I was told the first thing to do though is to call the school and tell them that a partial certification is on its way (if you had it sent already) and let them know that there was a mistake and a full certification will be sent soon. Then talk to your CC and get them your HS transcripts.

how do you guys know what kind of IGETC Certification your CC sent? I am using my high school courses to fulfill the language requirement as well. And I am worried that my CC will mess this up. But I have no idea how to check what kind of IGETC Certification they will send. I am going to Berkeley from a quarter system CC.

^ My community college sent me my certification in the mail like 2 days after I turned it in. It said they had sent a copy to the school I indicated as well (UCSD).

Thank you soooooo much! I’m going to call UCLA, but I’ll have to be on hold forever. I tried calling my transfer councilor, too, but she didn’t pick up. It’s all going to work out!
