<p>ok...so i really want to know. and it would be great if ppl could give me thorough information...</p>

<p>Do ppl ever party in dorms? or do most ppl go to clubs and bars??</p>

<p>does this mean that for a 17 yr old, an ID is ESSENTIAL!!????</p>

<p>does this also mean that there is no such thing as "free alcohol" at parties bc everyone goes out to drink?</p>

<p>what about the FEW fraternities that there are?? do they ever have in-house parties? with free beer?</p>

<p>what about keggers?</p>
