<p>The Schools: Cornell College ( Legacy..my grandpa went there)
Columbia University
Centre College (Danville, Kentucky)
Muhlenberg College (Allentown, PA)
Villanova University (Villanova, PA)
Grove City College (Grove City, PA)
Gettysburg College (Gettysburg, PA)
Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA)
Wheaton College (Wheaton,IL)
Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster, PA) </p>

<p>Safe Schools:
Widener University (Chester, PA)
Elon University (Elon, North Carolina)
Duquesne University
Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH)</p>

<p>You took 16 APs in high school?</p>

<p>All the APs and ECs you have are quite impressive, I'd say. Also, coming from Kentucky should give you a bit of a boost for the schools you're applying to in NY and PA. Your GPA and class rank are also solid... the one part of your application as it currently stands which isn't as impressive is your ACT score (however, the score is quite acceptable for most of the schools you've listed). If you do better on your SATs, your chances would look even better for your reaches.</p>

<p>Chances on a scale of: high reach, reach, semi-reach, good fit, likely, safety.</p>

<p>Cornell College... LIKELY.
Columbia University... REACH.
Centre College... GOOD FIT.
Muhlenberg College... GOOD FIT.
Villanova University... SEMI-REACH.
Grove City College... GOOD FIT.
Gettysburg College... GOOD FIT.
Dickinson College... GOOD FIT.
Wheaton College... SEMI-REACH.
Franklin & Marshall College... GOOD FIT.
Widener University... SAFETY.
Elon University... LIKELY.
Duquesne University... SAFETY.
Xavier University... LIKELY.</p>

<p>Is your homeschool stuff self-study or...?</p>

<p>Cornell (legacy)- low reach
Columbia University- reach
Villanova University (Villanova, PA)- match-high match
Gettysburg College (Gettysburg, PA)- low match
Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA)- high match
Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster, PA)- match</p>

<p>Um... I would narrow down your list a bit...</p>

<p>Chance me please.</p>

<p>bump!!! I'm greedy for more opinons!</p>

<p>Woo littleathiest, when did Villanova become hardrer to get into than Cornell? I know she has legacy, but your grandpa won't really help that much. sorry :(</p>

<p>Um, tyler7445, she said Cornell College, not Cornell University :-). I believe Cornell College (the Iowa one) is easier to get in than Cornell University (the Ivy-league one).</p>

<p>bump..........</p>

<p>Blump!....haha</p>
