So I have finals all next week, and in my chem lab today, i was talking to my lab partner and she was like "omg i LOVE partying before finals week. Brings good luck" I wanted to ask her if she had lost her damn mind. What do you guys think?

Don’t take advice from dumb chicks.

imo either you know the material or you dont, partying shouldnt make a difference either way… unless you are depending on cramming everything in that weekend, which is a bad plan in itself

what bagels says

Seeing as I only need to score 65% or better on my finals in all my classes to get A’s I could party this weekend if I really wanted too. I’m not going to do that though, there’s no reason to grab defeat from the jaws of victory and I’m a little rusty on some of the stuff from the beginning of the semester in Calc 2 so I want to brush up.

ditto girlyshout. :)

She has lost her mind. If she was a student at Berkeley, however, then I would mark her as suspicious, trying perhaps to lower the curve. Watch out for grade sabotage.
