partying

Just wondering what the social scene is like here. I don't want to end up at a boring school where no one likes to have fun on the weekends. Is it easy to find parties at ithaca or does take multiple phone calls to find one?

also

whats the business school like? will it look good on transcripts or is it not very highly ranked?

thanks

It's pretty easy to find parties. Go up to the Circle Apartments on any weekend and you should find at least 8 or 10. And you'll probably settle into a circle of friends that will figure out where/when they like to be on the weekends.

The business school is building a completely new building, so it will no longer be in Smiddy Hall (or as my roommate called it Sh***y hall) tucked into a corner of campus. The new building is huge and completely sustainable -- which is really really cool. I have friends in the business school that really like the program and switched into the major and out of the Park School after taking a few classes there. There is also a 5-year MBA program which a lot of kids take advantage of.
