At $1 dollar per day? $1 dollar a day doesn't seem too bad...

i heard elac gives out free summer parking permit

and i think $64 for a semester is very reasonable....think about parking at a UC campus...they charge almost like $300/quarter

parking at ucr and other uc's i visited was 1/half hour...

we'll the parking spaces are always full, 64 bucks for semetser, 20 for winter/summer, at the los angeles colleges its 20 a sememster and free for summer/winter

pcc students get to park their car under a roof instead of getting sanded like elac does....and i don't know why you guys have a hard time finding parking space in pcc cause it's been over a year since i started going to pcc and i never had trouble finding a parking space within 3mins except for the first week of school

anyone ever ntoice that people always stare at you when your walking down in the hallways for some reason

pizza at pcc sucks.

oh yeah, if you guys want an easy A take sociology 41 with glenn omatsu

if you can breathe, you'll ace the class.

yeah I notice people do tend to stare more at PCC than GCC in general. But lately I just look at the ground or "elsewhere". I stopped paying attention people.

maybe because you guys are hot?

or horrible disfigured.

i'd like to think that you guys look HOT!

[ insert awkward silence here ]

i think pcc has more people than some UCs with a smaller campus, they should have a limit

We should have a PCC CC meetup!

:)

Sure. I already know two people from pcc who uses cc...small world :) We might have even seen each other before and not know we go on cc.

what classes are you guys taking for winter/spring?
mine is

WInter:
English 1B
Econ 1A

Fall:

So Adamantine, you decided not to take english and math together over the winter?

Sakura! I was thinking of taking Bio 1B! Haha. that would be coool, CC for life! Do you know if the 1B teacher is good? Oh and, what do you think of taking Chem 1B over the summer? How are the chemistry teachers at PCC like?

But yeah my tentative winter and spring schedules so far are..

Winter:
Econ 1A at PCC
Cultural Anthro at PCC

Spring:
Bio 102 at GCC
Spanish 104
Chem 102
Art history 102

Sakura when are you transferring? And what school are you planning to go to?

NOPE cause the timing is kinda bad =) so i pick econ instead. Plus, i think i can manage 2 math classes for spring. so itsall good =D hahahaha

Good Food near PCC:
-Pataya Cafe: spicy fried rice, Spicy duck salad, pad thai, pad see ew, beef salad, all the lunch specials are GREAT! One of the best restaurant near pcc.
-Tea Zone: Great variety of tapioca drinks. I tried the green apple snowbuble, grape snowbubble and pudding milk tea. They were all great. I also tried the beef stew noodle which was ok overall.
-Taipan: cheap 2 item and 3 item combo, but they are not that good really. But if youre looking for a fast chinese food, this is the place to go. You can also get beef bowl for like 3 bux. =/ very cheap.
-PCC cafetaria: breakfast burrito was ok. It will fill u up for 4 bux but ull get sick of it. The breakfast combo though, was good. Bacon, egg, etc.
- Top Restaurant: best fried rice ever (Mawut fried rice) its really really spicy tho. I literally sweated while eating it. around $7. But you can choose the level of spiciness from 1-10 but u can go to 20 if you want to =O. I did 5 and it was hella spicy. Just be careful and ask for no spicy and you will love the fried rice.
- Yoshinoya: just like any other yoshinoya. so blah
- Mongolian BBQ: around $6 with tax included. I didn't like it that much, but it was ok overall. You get a bowl and you get to pick your own food. Beef, chicken, lamb, veggies, mushrooms and put ur own teriyaki and soy sauce =)
-Starbucks: =D of course its the best.
-Denny's: of cours its good =D
-Go Go Sushi: Omg this place is the best yo. Its cheap and the food are really good. for 7 bux, you can get beef teriyaki with rice, miso soup, tempura (i think), and salad. Seriously, what more do you want llol! To top it off, They have different kind of sushi rolls drools. I suggest you try sexy roll, crunchy roll, and i think theres one with lobster on it which is the best of them all, but i forgot the name. They also have tempura green tea ice cream !!!! <3

I really have no regert going to PCC =D
