do colleges look down upon pass/fail classes eventhough they can help raise GPA? i am debating whether or not i should take a pass/fail for a class that isint that important to me. i know that i can get in A in the class because it is an easy elective, but it will lower my GPA if i keep it as an actual grade?!?! i was thinking about printing out my individual grade sheets to show that i got an A when i send i my apllications. i have a good shot at being #1.as of now i m #2 in my class. i am not doing it because i need it, i am simply making use of the options available, but i am not sure if top colleges will see it that way

Why not challenge yourself if said class is easy and not important to you?

If I were you, I’d take a regular class.

I think you should take a regular class that is important to you and more challenging. I definitely wouldn’t reccommend taking a class that would lower your gpa unless you loved it.
