I'm an undergrad engineering major that wants to eventually go to grad school for an MBA. I was gonna change one of my GE classes to pass/no pass but I heard that law schools count a pass as a "C" and a no pass as an "F". So I'm starting to wonder if any grad schools, specifically business schools, have this same way of factoring passes/no passes in to your GPA. Does anyone know? And do they care if you take any classes for pass/no pass?

Thanks!
