<p>Im taking anthro 2A with coffman right now, and i might get a C in that class. I ws wondering if it was possible to convert the grades to pass/no fail so that it wont hurt my GPA. I'm a mechanical engineering major. Thanks all!</p>

<p>you can change a class from grade to p/np through the 6th week, though some professors in the bio department especially have different views on that and often just make it through week too. also, i'm not sure if you can make major classes p/np, but breadth i'm sure you can. however if you are a major under the school of social sciences, the math series must be taken for a grade only.</p>
