<p>due to family matters that are taking up my time i don't think i'm going to pass my class that I'm already signed up for doing pass/no pass. i tried to drop but seeing how it's impacted and how ucla's review board didn't think my reason to drop wasn't justifiable.</p>
<p>my question. how bad is it to have no pass on your undergrad transcript. this will be my only nopass as i'm doing fairly well in all my other classes...</p>
<p>i'm planning on not even taking the final as i'll mostly not be ready for it...</p>
