passed IB exam but failed class?

<p>what happens when a student gets a 5 or higher on an IB exam but had a D in the actual class? </p>

<p>would they still get college credit from a UC or CSU?</p>

<p>also, some UC's don't require transfers to submit high school transcripts. but if you want IB credit would you (in addition to sending in the scores) also have to send in a high school transcript to prove you took and passed the classes?</p>

<p>I’m certain you still get the credit, but you could call and ask the UC to make sure.</p>
