<p>How far back do you go for this? The application just says "please list past/current community outreach... blah blah"</p>
<p>Typically, anything you did during your high school years would be counted on college admissions and scholarship application forms, unless they specifically say otherwise.</p>

<p>I would agree…they are looking for current events…things you did during your high school career. If you did something earlier but no longer do it…I would venture…it will be irrelevant to the colleges.</p>
