<p>Does anybody know a website that has the past USNWR college rankings list? I am interested to know where there were a lot of changes. Which schools went up, which went down.</p>

<p>People talk about how US news changed the formula to make public schools rank lower. Looks more like they were only ranking a dozen schools to begin with, so the publics that got ranked had to do get high numbers compared to today’s list.</p>
