I think you’re referring to linkage agreements (http://www.sas.upenn.edu/lps/postbacc/pre-health/features/linkages) they usually require more than just an MCAT score, and as stated on the website, it’s up to the medical school, not Penn’s post-bacc, to determine the requirements.
