<p>Did anyone else get an email about this? I haven't even submitted my app yet... just the pre-app supplement thing (trying to figure out if I have enough time to apply for scholarships). Obviously they haven't even seen my stats or anything yet if I haven't submitted common app so did they just send it to people who indicated they wanted to go into science? lol I doubt it means anything but I think I'll email the professor because if I do end up at Wash U, it sounds like a pretty cool program.</p>

<p>Hey, I’m a sophomore in the Pathfinder program. I highly recommend being a part of this program. The professor, Ray Arvidson, is absolutely great and really cares about his students. The classes that you take are really interesting and the trip to the Mojave Desert was unforgettable. (I don’t yet know about the Hawaii trip as that is coming this winter break).
