Now tracking says the package is in transit, so we should all hear in the coming days! Mine says it will arrive on 2/20, it may be earlier for people who live closer to New Orleans.

Congrats to everyone with deliveries en route!! When my DS#2 applied, they did not yet have the Paul Tulane or Stamps available. Only the DHS. He received his DHS award package via UPS on Presidents Day. Comes in a lovely “pleather” binder.
We live in Louisiana (I hate to blow our “cover”), and her UPS envelope is “out for delivery” for 3-7 today, Friday, Feb. 17th.
