<p>I got this email today from vanderbilt about something called PAVE.</p>
<p>I think its for engineering (haven't checked the email all too much) and unlike the other national security debate forum whatever that was called, this seems more legit.</p>
<p>My question is, does it help with EC's and/or getting in to college?</p>
