<p>If on my fin aid award summary it shows that enough money to pay my bill has been sent to my CARS does that mean i still have to go to e-bill and click <em>pay bill</em> or is the bill paid automatically by the money sent to CARS</p>
<p>Look in Bearfacts under CARS - Payment Summary and you should see the payment already submitted. The E-bill does not change when payment is made, although the CARS Quick Summary will reflect it. You will only see payments on the following month’s E-bill.</p>

<p>Payments only show under Payment History if they’re made by you directly, not by the school on your behalf. That is, it will never show that they’ve applied financial aid to your balance under the Payment Summary window.</p>
<p>If you have no standing balance in your Account Summary, you do not currently owe money. Since they do assess the first month of housing at the time they assess fees, yes, you have paid for the first month of housing.</p>
