hi all,

if the ivies only require 2 SAT IIs, is it better to go beyond that and take more?
or is better to save my $$$ and get 2 800s on tests with curved scores (more specifically world hist and us hist.)

also, lets say you sent 4 schools your sat 2 scores for free and 1 school for AP scores for free

later on in senior year, can i still ask cb to send those scores to another school (that i didnt send it to) ?

or what would be the point in spending money if the scores are already recorded in your transcript...

you have to send official score reports to colleges no matter what

what? i thought you could omit some scores

I’d recommend U.S. History and Math II. Colleges would like a variety of SAT IIs, not just two history scores or two math scores. That is unless you want to be a history major/related field.

Yes, you can. That doesn’t mean you are not supposed to send official CB/ACT score reports.

It depends on the school’s score choice policy.

hmm so youre saying i should have a variety (math II and a history, or a science)?

lets say i got an 800 on both histories. should i still take another (for math) but then i receive something like a 700… to get my “variety” ? or will this be too risky

also, for variety, do you guys recommend taking more than the 2 required sat 2s? like i should take around 3-4?

and why not take math I? i mean if its easier and they decided to make it why not ?
