<p>no, i dont qualify for any aid. On CARS though it says 0.00 is due, but on bearfacts it says the real amount I need to pay. So I was wondering how I pay that?</p>
<p>Bear Facts -> CARS -> E-Bill (it’s on the top left corner) -> once you click on that, go all the way to the bottom and click “I Agree” -> then the next page will give you the option to pay the bill…=)</p>
