Are you saying that they paid for you?

no. im wondering if they do. now that i look back on my wording... no wonder you came up with that conclusion >_>

i heard of someone who got a letter from cornell saying that they'd pay for it.

it definitely wasn't me. :(

No, Cornell Days is up to you to pay. But is saving $400 worth making an uninformed decision?

thing is, it is my only choice. (cornell > ubc)

I doubt they'd pay for it unless you were a minority or something. Colleges tend to do that for poor/minority students to encourage them to enroll.

Certain (or maybe all) URMs get their trips funded for the minority diversity weekend thing where they visit Cornell. Don't expect reimbursement if you're not a URM.

im guessing chinese canadian =/= urm?

Chinese and urm really shouldn't fall into the same sentence.

hrm... thats wierd. my friend is on the same boat yet his parents make 6 figures and he asked dartmouth and they said they'll reimburse. guess cornell is different..

Cornell has significantly more students than dartmouth, the costs would be astronomical for 6,000 students.
